2012 Mississippi HOBY Registration Materials

Congratulations on being selected to participate in Mississippi HOBY 2012. This is a unique opportunity for you to meet over 200 students from across the state who, like you, are among the best of the best.

In order to get ready for HOBY, you will need to complete and return to us a packet of registration materials. It is important that you handle this as quickly as possible. Any forms that are not returned or that are incomplete could cause real problems at registration. Let's get everything filled out, signed, and back to HOBY now. The deadline for returning the forms is April 13.

You will notice that if you take prescription medication, you will need forms completed by each physician prescribing medication. Get that handled now to be sure your doctor can return them to you in plenty of time to meet the deadline. If you do not take prescription medication, just mark the form "NA" and return it with your paperwork.

If your registration fee has been paid, you have received a letter from the seminar chair with your username and unique password so that you can access the forms. That information is listed at the end of your letter. Do not share your username or password with other students. Doing so could jeopardize your participation in HOBY.

If you have not received this letter, check with your counselor to verify that your registration fee was paid.

If you do not have the ability to print these forms, perhaps your counselor can print them for you. Take your letter with you to be sure you have printed everything you need.
